Ασπρομετωπόχηνα

The Greater White-fronted Goose is 55-75cm long and the upper body is grey and the breast a lighter colour. The lower part of the tail and hind part of the belly are white. A wide stripe of white surrounds the base of the upper jaw of the reddish bill. There are bold black blotches on the belly of adult birds and it has orange feet. It is a winter visitor to Greece.
